Pursuing purpose

TAI created the pioneering “Work on Purpose” curriculum that has reached more than 200 colleges and universities around the globe, teaching tens of thousands of young people how to pursue meaningful lives and careers.

This curriculum not only ended up winning an award from Ashoka U and the Cordes Foundation for being among the most innovative programs in higher education; it was later inaugurated into those organizations’ Hall of Fame.

This curriculum helps young people find inspiration, meaning, and purpose in their lives. Using the scientific research from positive psychology, it leads students to explore their deepest values and aspirations. This is the starting point from which they can see how they will make the greatest contribution to society.
