Cicy Zhang
Cicy is a passionate educator and life coach. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology Innovation from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and is the founder of the Brain Association at Harvard Graduate School of Education and was shortlisted for the Rhodes Scholar Program in 2016.
Before joining the Harvard Graduate School of Education, she worked closely with the national education reform program of Colombia’s Ministry of Education to develop a national teacher training system. With her experience in numerous international development organizations, she founded a Chinese education non-profit called “YouthPower” in 2012 to design social innovation and leadership training courses for tens of thousands of high school students, covering more than 300 schools in China.
Cicy is an experienced young leader and an international trainer for cross-cultural communication. Her past clients include industry leaders such as Apple Education, The Body Shop, as well as multiple non-profit pioneers in China. Beyond that, Cicy is an internationally certified life coach and has over 1,000 hours of experience in leadership training and life coaching.
