Ashley De Lucca has over 20 years of experience in non-profit fundraising and education. Prior to joining TAI, she worked at a college access and success organization, Project GRAD Los Angeles, and was responsible for raising $5 million annually in public and private funding. De Lucca was one of the founding members of the only college access network in Southern California, SoCal CAN, and served as one of its first Steering Committee Co-Chairs.
She also worked in higher education at Mount St. Mary’s College, as the Coordinator of Student Leadership and the Director of New Student Orientation. De Lucca has extensive experience in international education and has led accelerated learning programs for youth in Santiago, Chile; Hong Kong, China; and London, England.
She received a BA in History with Magna Cum Laude Honors from UCLA, and attended the University of Barcelona as an Education Abroad Scholar.
